We bought Headlands in June 2005 and since then we have made a great many changes to the original guest house building to ensure that we continue to offer modern & comfortable accommodation in the heart of Falmouth.

All our rooms are ensuite and are equipped with everything you would expect to find in a modern guesthouse. We have superfast broadband to the door, so have excellent WiFi throughout the house.

Over the years, as our family has grown, we have had to make some changes to the day to day running of our business, the facilities offered and the general lay out of the guesthouse. All the changes have been made to try and balance our work/home life but also with our guests at the front of our minds to ensure that we remain true to our ethos of great value, clean and comfortable accommodation.

Our check in is via a lock box which is situated at the front of the guest house and all of our individual bookings are on a “room only” basis.

For group bookings only, we are able to offer a takeaway breakfast bap from 7am – please contact us direct to discuss this or simply add it to your online booking.

We do not have any onsite parking available to our guests. There is still unrestricted parking on most of Avenue Road with additional parking on Melvill Road and Gyllyngvase Road – both are only a couple of minutes from the guesthouse.

We would very much like to be able to welcome you to stay with us at Headlands or in Brush’s Halt  – we live onsite so are often around if there is anything we can do to make your stay more enjoyable.
